Congress MP Dr. Sunil Sharma has said that it would be wise for Home Minister Ramesh Ukhtar to resign over the visit visa case. Outside the Parliament building on Tuesday, MP Sharma said that it would be appropriate for the Home Minister to resign after the dispute reached Parliament.

Sharma suggested that the Home Minister should show morality by resigning after the controversy arose. 'We do not demand that the Home Minister should resign, it is a suggestion. My personal opinion is that our suggestion and advice is that after such a big controversy, he should resign on the basis of ethics and come after the investigation after a month,' he said .

MPs of the opposition party blocked the House by raising questions about the Home Minister. Sharma said that it would be wise for the Home Minister to resign before the budget presentation day on May 15. We should welcome the decisions taken by the top leaders of the party. However, our personal opinions remain what we said yesterday . The issue of independent investigation is being raised in the House. I think something will come by evening . If you don't come, come within two/four days because there is a budget speech on the 15th. "The wise and moral thing is to resign," he said.

Sharma said that it is ethical and wise for the home minister to pave the way because it depends on the leader himself to demonstrate morality in politics.
