Slogans were raised after the election process was stopped under the convention of the National Youth Union of Nepal, which is close to CPN-UML.

Suman Puri, a candidate for the post of president, raised slogans on Monday evening at the Pokhara hall gate of the convention venue. They raised slogans for about 15 minutes demanding that the election process be carried forward immediately.

The election committee was scheduled to publish the final list of candidates at 1 pm on Monday. However, the election committee has not published the final list till the time of publishing this news. According to the election committee, it takes time to arrange the serial numbers according to the names of the candidates. As it is late today, the committee is preparing to start voting from Tuesday morning.

Kshitij Thebe and Suman Puri have submitted their candidatures to become the president from the 10th convention that started last Friday. They are promoting with panels.
