A former secretary of the Ministry of Energy said that it is not legal for the minister to discuss the bill that is the property of the parliamentary committee in a hotel. "After the bill enters the parliament, the parliament or the parliamentary committee will discuss it periodically and the minister and secretary of the ministry will accept the matter passed by the parliament after taking the opinion of the government," said the secretary. Infrastructure Development Committee Secretary Bhandari said that the ministry has requested time to form an opinion on the report prepared by the sub-committee on the electricity bill. He informed that the bill will be discussed in the committee from next Friday, but he did not want to talk about the discussion on the bill at the minister's hotel. He also participated in the discussion. He said that he does not know who owns the hotel where the bill was discussed.
