Prime Minister and UML President KP Sharma Oli has accused Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal of spreading rumors that he has investments in Cambodia.
On Sunday, during the training program of UML's Bagmati state-level elected ward presidents, Prime Minister Oli said that after the unity of the Communist Party, Dahal and other leaders attacked him.
'Prachanda' is the person who spread rumors that I have R32 billion investment in Cambodia. Those who are after it are Madhav Nepal and Jhalnath Khanal,' said Prime Minister Oli. However, Prime Minister Oli did not reveal anything about when and where Maoist Chairman Dahal made the accusation against him.
Nepal and Khanal also accused Oli of not running the party well when UML was in leadership. He went on to say, 'They tried to occupy the party till later. When we moved the party forward with the national aspiration of a prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali by displacing useless, inept and dependent leadership, they did not understand and started conspiring against us.'
Prime Minister Oli has also asked the people's representatives to join the 'Mission 2084' to bring a clear majority to the UML.
