65-year-old Khatridevi Yadwani of Balan Bihul rural municipality-5 Ramnagar of Saptari was wandering in Rajviraj on Wednesday carrying a copy of the police complaint and land transfer document. After the land donated to the temple was passed in the name of his wife by an accountant, she has been wandering for justice for two months. However, Khatridevi has not received any help from anywhere except assurances.
According to the wishes expressed by Khatridevi's husband Jhauli Yadav at the end of his life, she had decided to donate 5 katha 14 dhur and 2 katha 14 dhur of plot number 86 and 2 katha of 249 to the temple. Before her husband's death, Khatridevi asked her neighbor Gajendra Prasad Yadav, who is also an accountant, to assist her in passing the land to the name of Kalyaneshwar Mahadev Temple.
After Gajendra Prasad said that he would pass the land in one day, Khatridevi also came with him to the land reform and land delivery office Rajviraj on August 2, 2081 . On the same day, Khatridevi returned home after completing the land work and started spending her days taking care of her husband. However, around the last week of February 081, the village began to hear voices saying that the donated land had been transferred to someone else's name. On February 28, when Khatridevi took out the document from the property due to suspicion, it came to light that accountant businessman Gajendra Prasad had passed the land in his wife's name .

According to the text, the land has been passed in the name of 30-year-old Manjukumari Yadav, wife of Gajendra Prasad, and Manjukumari has kept a pocket (business) amount of 4 lakh 47 thousand rupees. However, Khatridevi said that she did not take even a single rupee. "I never imagined that they would be so dishonest even in the name of God," Khatridevi said, "I don't know how to read and write, so they bowed down and passed the land in their own name."
Even though she has been running for justice for two months, Khatridevi lamented that there was no hearing from anywhere. "It was my husband's last wish to donate land to the temple. He passed away less than a month and a half after donating the land," she said. "I have transferred the money to the village and passed the land," he said. However, Gajendra Prasad, who claimed to have given 21 lakh rupees, does not have a 'bank statement' of even one rupee and there is no signature of the witnesses mentioned in the document.
Lakshmi Prasad Kharel, head of the Land Reform and Land Port Office, Rajviraj, responded that those who do it at that time will have more information. "The signature of the witness must be signed, otherwise the person who does it will have more information," he said, "If it is not according to the legal procedure, it will be invalidated by the court."
Judicial Committee Coordinator Renu Yadav, who is also the vice-chairman of the rural municipality, said that the committee had received a complaint about that land. "I have heard that we have received a complaint, but it has not been resolved," she said, "But, I have taken the matter seriously, and it will be heard soon."
Saptari SP Dhakendra Khatiwada has said that the investigation is being conducted after the complaint. "We have cut a letter to Malpot 3/4 days ago and asked for a copy of the document, more will be revealed when we interrogate the witnesses," he said, "Accordingly, we will proceed with the legal process."
