Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has instructed those who do not participate in programs organized on behalf of the government not to be invited next time.
Prime Minister Oli gave this instruction at the meeting of the Republic Day Main Ceremony Committee held at Singha Durbar on Monday.
He made a comment targeting Balendra Shah, the head of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, that he should always be called to the program but never comes. Mentioning that in the programs organized by any government, names are always called but they do not come.
He said that it is not good to keep hanging the names of those who do not understand any meaning and importance.
Prime Minister Oli said, 'Never come, name should be kept. What happens even if you leave the custom of value for the sake of value? Some people we put in every function, never show up. It seems that if you look for such a person, you will find it. It will never come, the name must always be hung, there is no meaning, no importance, if there is no meaning, the name will always be hung. It should come and not come, the caller should always keep calling - this is not the case. Until next time, ask and search. Look, the record does not come even once. Prime Minister Oli has also held the opinion that Republic Day should be celebrated at the public level and should not rely only on government programs.
