First lady Radhika Shakya has made it clear that she understands politics but will not enter politics.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's wife Shakya has been involved in politics to some extent since she was a student and even though she got the opportunity to better understand the political developments of the country after her marriage to a political figure, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli clarified that she is not in favor of politics.
Mentioning that in recent days in Nepal, rather than working with positive thinking, the side of negative thinking and cutting unnecessary things is dominant, she said, 'I want to be a normal Nepali citizen who loves the country, I will never betray the motherland. I am not in favor of joining politics at this age.'
First Lady Shakya has claimed that the country's biggest problem is that those who do not allow the government to function without any problems by spreading rumors of political instability. She expressed concern about where the country will go if instead of appreciating those who work for the country and the people day and night, there is a tendency to abuse them and take pleasure in them.
In response to a question, Shakya held the opinion that there are no people in our society who seek to meet the Prime Minister of the country, increase contact and gain benefits. Mentioning that the source of her inspiration is her husband Oli and because of him, she was able to achieve a master's degree in two subjects, Shakya said that she enjoys reading and writing in her free time and that she has a compassionate nature since childhood. Mentioning that family life went smoothly because she and her husband shared the same vision of life and country, she said that Prime Minister Oli's self-confident memory, who enjoyed studying and writing until late at night, was amazing.
Shakya informed that the work named 'My Feelings' has been published and said that she will bring the third work in the form of a book by including the information and reference materials she has, including the experiences and feelings she has received.
On that occasion, Devi Nepal and senior journalist Babita Basnet recently reviewed the public work 'Karuna', Karunaki Khani Shakya and President and Prime Minister of UML He was of the opinion that the book would be useful for anyone trying to understand Oli.
