Assistant Inspector of Armed Police Dant Bahadur Chhatyal has successfully climbed the world's highest peak Mount Everest.

At 9:20 a.m. on May 4th, he has informed the Coordination Officer Armed Police Inspector Nirmal Basnet at the Everest basecamp that he succeeded in hoisting the flag of Nepal on the summit of the 8,848-meter-high Mount Everest.

Assistant Inspector Chhatyal successfully climbed the 6 thousand 114 meter high Lobuche mountain on Baisakh 22. Assistant Inspector Chhatyal 'Sagarmatha Samwad' and the Armed Police Force took the flag of Nepal and left for Mount Everest on 15th Baisakh.
