Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that protecting the mountains means protecting the earth, the oceans and humanity itself, and we should move forward by assimilating the reality.

Prime Minister Oli while inaugurating the Everest Dialogue which started in Kathmandu from Friday said that Nepal has initiated the Everest Dialogue as a global dialogue. 

He used this deeply interdependent reality-to share honest dialogue and mutual knowledge and  He said that dialogue has been initiated in the name of the highest peak Everest to take collective action.

'Hopefully, this dialogue will be as high . Let us become high in high moral clarity, firm intellectual courage and unshakable common vision for building a beautiful future,' said Prime Minister Oli, 'Our households are being washed away by landslides. Floods and droughts come suddenly. But still, we're hanging on. Our emissions are low but our contributions to environmental protection are significant.'
