Chairman of CPN (Maoist Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the far western region has always been given priority during the government led by him.
In a press conference organized by Press Center Nepal, Dadeldhura on Friday, Chairman Dahal mentioned that there is enough potential in Dadeldhura and emphasized that education, health, agriculture, herbs and tourism-friendly policies are necessary to prevent migration.
He said, 'Dadeldhura is a district with potential, if attention can be paid to development here, it can become a model for development.' According to
President Dahal, the party is conducting awareness campaign by targeting two major geographical areas of the country. He informed that in the first phase, awareness campaign was conducted in Hulaki highway area focused on terai and now campaign will be started in hilly area focusing on mid-hill road.
According to him, the first phase of Jagran campaign will start from Jhapa, the second phase campaign will start from Baitadi and end in Solukhumbu.
