RSVP MP Manish Jha has suggested the government to change organizational practices, political reforms and procedures.
In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, while participating in the discussion on the principles and priorities of the appropriation bill for the upcoming financial year, MP Jha urged them to emphasize on the issue of good governance saying that the needs of the present and the priorities of the government are different.
He says that the government is showing a different dream when there is a need to improve governance in the country. Stating that the size of the government is too big, he said that many institutions should be stopped to facilitate federalism. He said, 'We need six driving licenses in five days and ten days . But we will open a ship office.' He said that everything should be improved including the economic situation, moving forward, livelihood and daily life.
In the case of Nepal, although the per capita income and GDP size have increased, it has been shown that the economic freedom index of Nepal has not improved for the past 20 years. MP Jha says. He said, 'Despite the increase in our size of economy and per capita income, if we have not maintained more economic freedom, then we have not been taught to think. However, if we are giving freedom of expression, it will not bring positive results.'
