Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that there will be an investigation into the land embezzlement of the Film Development Board. Prime Minister Oli, while addressing the opening ceremony of Cinepa film studio construction in Baluwatar on Tuesday, said that earlier there had been a complaint that the land in the name of the film development company had been embezzled and that it would be investigated.

Prime Minister Oli instructed the concerned minister and secretary to investigate the land. He also expressed the commitment of the government to bring under the legal process if someone has committed embezzlement.

He said, 'The first movie was called Vikas Company. I was shocked to hear that the land of the film development company is also being looted. The minister and secretary of the relevant ministry are here. Find out in a week or 10 days. We find out what happened. If someone has embezzled, we will bring it under control by taking legal action.'
