Congress MP and former finance minister Prakasharan Mahat has said that the problem of the country's economy is budget allocation and implementation.

Mahat's reaction came after Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel presented the principles and priorities of the government's budget for the coming fiscal year 2082/83 in the House of Representatives meeting.
