Rajendra Lingden, President of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, mentioned that the main reason for wasteful expenditure is the structure of the province and proposed to abolish the province with the consent of all.

In Friday's meeting of the House of Representatives, while participating in the discussion on policies and programs for the coming financial year, President Lingden commented that the current federal system could not cover everyone and said that a new fundamental structure should be built. He said that if a new fundamental structure is built to include everyone, then the dissatisfaction in the country can be addressed.

He said, 'We have said that unnecessary structures will be abolished. This government and those who lead and support it know that this provincial structure is unnecessary. It is known that the main problem of wasteful expenditure is the provincial structure. Let's talk about abolishing the state, not with everyone's consent, we support it. This arrangement also goes on. Let's build a basic system that will cover everything. This is not to say that anyone should be banned.'

Speaking on a different occasion, Chairman Lingden accused the Securities Board of brokering. He said that since the board did not issue shares for two years, energy producers were in trouble. He stated that seven percent commission was demanded from the energy producers for issuing the IPO and said that action should be taken in this regard.

He said, 'Now you say that the securities board will be cleaned. The Securities Board is sitting by brokering. He talks about generating 28,000 megawatts of electricity with people's investment. Since two years there has been no issue of shares, the power producers have to sit and cry. Energy producers are publicly saying they are asking for seven percent commission. No need to take action?'

President Lingden opposed the government's policy of not being allowed to do politics in opposition to the constitution and the republican system.
