President Ramchandra Paudel has said that while remaining committed to the values established by the Constitution and the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, justice and law have an important responsibility in protecting, promoting and building a just society.
Addressing the program organized today on the occasion of Law Day, he said this. He also believed that on this day, everyone associated with the field of justice and law will continue to realize the importance of responsibility. He said that this day has a special significance in the world of justice and law as this Act (Principal Court Act, 2008) was implemented in the state when the executive, legislative and judicial powers of the state were being exercised by one body.
He said that new laws should be made in accordance with the essence of Nepal's constitution and the current needs of the existing laws. Expressed good wishes.
