Samsuddin Ansari of Birganj Metropolitan City-31 Belwaprasouni of Parsa, who was absconding after forced labor, was arrested by the police from Qatar and brought to Nepal.
Ansari, who is accused of extortion, was arrested from Qatar by the Nepal Police after issuing a red notice from Interpol.
He was arrested in coordination with NCB Qatar Doha and brought to Nepal on Thursday and will be handed over to District Police Office Parsa for necessary action, police said.
The police issued a redak corner notice against him on April 1.
