Chairman of Maoist and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel had a meeting this morning at Chairman Niwas Khumaltar. In the meeting, Finance Minister Paudel discussed the budget for the next financial year with President Dahal.

In Monday's meeting of the House of Representatives, Speaker Dahal expressed his displeasure on the government's policies and programs presented by President Ramchandra Paudel on May 19, saying that the policies and programs are far away from the current reality related to the living standards of the people. He  He said that the policies and programs brought by the government have only become formal and ritualistic and .

Finance Minister Paudel has started discussions with the top leaders of the main opposition parties for consultation regarding the preparation of the budget for the next financial year.
