Bhattarai's question to Dahal: Why did it feel like a bullet in the heart when removing an employee?

UML Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has commented that unnecessary rumors and political accusations have been made regarding the removal of an employee of joint secretary level by the government.

Participating in the discussion on policies and programs for the coming financial year in the Tuesday meeting of the House of Representatives, MP Bhattarai said that the management of employees under the government is within the natural rights of the government.

He indicated that the government has removed the Executive Director of Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising. MP Bhattarai also reminded that the government led by Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal removed the Chief of Army Staff and the Chief Secretary. He also accused the Dahal-led government of removing the Chief Secretary and setting up a non-existent National Security Advisor post.

Yogesh Bhattarai's statement

Some employees were fired by the government. It is also a non-exclusive right of a government. Employees are subordinate to the government. It can be reviewed. I want to tell Comrade Prachanda that you removed the Chief of Army Staff. Remember once. It should be remembered that the Chief Secretary who was working during the current tenure was removed. But a National Security Adviser post was not created. And who did you bring another chief secretary? And why is there so much worry and a bullet in the heart that KP Oli's government removed a joint secretary? It's like a bullet in the heart.
