Congress MP Raju Thapa has said that the policies and programs are positive in simplified language. Participating in the discussion on the policy and program for the fiscal year 2082.083, MP Thapa said that the policy and program has been created covering all sectors and now it is the responsibility of all the political parties in the parliament to implement it.
. He said, "especially education, employment has been given importance, policies and programs should move the country forward on the path of development."
Indicating that the policies and programs of the past could not be made successful, Thapa emphasized that the ruling party and the opposition parties should implement the policies and programs together. He mentioned that political instability, weak institutional capacity, geographical complexity, bureaucracy, social and cultural influence, lack of coordination of three levels of government and increasing corruption affect the country's policies and programs.
MP Thapa said that many youths can be employed by 2030 as the policies and programs envisage employment decade in order to prevent youth from becoming unemployed and connect them with employment.
