Madhav Nepal, president of United Samajwadi Party, has said that the current government has become a burden for the country. President Nepal said this in a conversation with the media persons at the Parliament building premises.
He alleges that the current government has not shown interest in any field to save the current system, instill hope in the people, solve the problems of the youth, and radically change the country's economy.
President Nepal said that the government has brought policies and programs only to uphold tradition. He claimed that the government was not only ineffective but also aimless. He said that an alternative to the government should be found, but no alternative would be possible until the two major political parties split.
President Nepal said, "Rather than changing the government, policies and programs have been presented that should bring something to uphold tradition." As in the past the government was without results, now it is also without purpose. Even the good things of the past are left behind. Old things are also repeated. The government has become stagnant and status quo. You have to find an alternative to it, but you can't overcome it just by looking for an alternative. Because two parties have formed the government. There is no possibility of forming a new government until those two parties meet. This government has not shown interest in any field to preserve the current system, instill hope in the people, solve the problems of the youth and radically change the country's economy. That's why this government has become a burden for the country.
President Nepal accused the government of being inactive and status quo.
