Chairman of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal has commented that the policies and programs presented by the government for the next fiscal year are not in accordance with the sentiments of the people and are brought only to fulfill formalities.
Dahal made this comment while talking to mediapersons at Parliament House premises on Monday. According to him, the government has not been able to bring policies and programs in accordance with the sentiments of the people and the needs of the nation. He claimed that he made the opinion by prioritizing the needs raised while communicating with the people in different parts of the country.
He accused that policies and programs are not creative, constructive and in favor of the people and the nation, but they have come in the style of copying and pasting last year's policies and programs.
Dahal said, 'I have made an opinion based on what we have communicated with the people from east to west and what we have understood the sentiment of the people. This policy and program is just a mere formality. Copy-pasting last year's policies and programs is also a matter of removing weeds. Because a lot has developed in the span of a year. There is nothing new, creative, creative and in favor of the people and the nation.'
On a different occasion, Dahal said that now his focus is not on forming a government but on going to the people. He informed that he is going to go towards the Central Pahari Lokmarg campaign soon.
He said, 'Now our focus is not on forming a government. Our focus is on the people. We are going towards Madhya Pahari Lokmarg Abhiyan. If you want to use magic, you can do it, but now we are not in favor of using it.
He commented that the policies and programs brought by the government are formal and ritualistic. -News Agency Nepal
