Chudamani Kandel of Gajuri rural municipality-2 of Dhading used to go back and forth in the village community after often staying alone at home. Locals reported to the police after they did not see Chalmal in his house for a few days. On March 27, around 10 o'clock in the night, the police came and found that the attaché was lying on the floor in the bathroom.

But after seeing the bloody body, the police concluded that someone had killed him.

Suspiciousness spread in the village that Chunamani might have been killed by his wife, who lives in Kathmandu with her daughter. Because for a few months, Chudamani had been complaining to some locals that his wife was not well. District Police Office Dhading, which is engaged in the investigation of the murder, started the investigation by calling a dog and a technical team from the State Police Office. Then it was revealed that Chudamani's murder was not caused by anyone else but he himself started it.

On Sunday, the police arrested Akkal Bahadur Praja, his nephew Prithlal Thing and son-in-law Sanchalal Muktan, 25 years old and living in Dundethanti of Dhading, belonging to Raksirang Rural Municipality-9 of Makwanpur. The police arrested two others from Akkal on 3rd Baisakh and from Manhari of Makwanpur on 16th .

According to the police, Chudamani seems to have been planning to kill his wife for a long time. For that, he took help from Akkal Bahadur who was farming by renting his own land. The investigation of the police has shown that he planned to use the money obtained after the agreement to sell the land to kill his wife.

According to a police officer involved in the investigation, Chudamani made a 'deal' with Akkal for four lakhs in 081 to kill his wife. For that, he had given 16 thousand 600 rupees in the form of bail at the beginning. After returning from Kathmandu last March, Chudamani gave Akkal the remaining 382,000 rupees to complete the work. But Chudamani started threatening and pressurizing her repeatedly as she understood the money but could not do the work as told.

According to the police, Akkal planned with his nephew Parne Prithalal and son-in-law Parne Sanchalal to accomplish this job . But even after trying four times, they could not succeed in the plan . On the other hand, Chudamani started pressuring him to return the money if he did not do the work as per his instructions. After that, the police investigation showed that Akkal planned to kill Chudamani.

According to DSP Subas Hamal of District Police Office Dhading, a team including Akkal Bahadur came to the house and killed Chudamani. According to the police, they initially took Chudamani inside on the pretext of looking at the toilet and punched her. Akkal Bahadur seems to be watching outside the house.

After the murder, the three shared 382,000 rupees . After that, Akkal Bahadur went to the village and hid, while Prith and Sanchalal took a bus to escape to the east. The police recovered one lakh rupees from Akkal's house and Chudamani's broken mobile phone.
