Congress leader NP Saud has said that the governance system of the country is very expensive. Addressing the second regional conference of Kaski Congress, Region No. 2 in Pokhara on Saturday, he said that the people cannot handle the expensive governance system.

The state system has become too expansive. The Nepali people cannot afford such an expensive governance system," former foreign minister Saud said, "The higher the general expenses in the governance system, the less the development possibilities. Because the development expenditure will be reduced by that much.' He emphasized on the need to pay attention to the issue of reducing the expenditure in the governance system by amending the constitution. Leader Saud also commented that the government is only focused on empty Juhari . He said that the government cannot fulfill its primary responsibility if it focuses on answering sometimes to teachers and sometimes to employees.  

'We thought that two-thirds of the government would go towards amending the constitution . But, the government seems to be focused only on empty money,' he said, 'The government that should go to work, the government that should provide relief to the people, cannot fulfill its primary responsibility if it goes to the work of answering sometimes to the teachers and sometimes to the employees.'
