Former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has said that the split in the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) was due to party narrowness.
Must be associated with the party. However, the NRNA should be shared outside the country. We should not go into party parochialism," he said while speaking at the opening session of the unity convention organized by the high-level committee of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, "Partial parochialism is the cause of the division in NRNA now." The sense of unity of the court should be maintained in NRNA. Friends who missed out from this convention should unite NRNA without making it a matter of reputation, he said.
Nepal needs capital, knowledge and skills the most, he said, as written in the constitution, citizenship should be given with economic, social and cultural rights. There will be no hesitation in giving citizenship to NRN. Policy rules should not come against the spirit of the constitution, he said.
