The government is going to amend and construct the necessary laws for the effective implementation of federalism. President Ramchandra Poudel, while reading the government's policy and program for the coming fiscal year 2082/83, at the joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly on Friday, said that by continuously and regularly studying the laws made at all three levels, law formulation and reform will be made research-oriented.
"National standards for the organization and management of union, state and local levels will be prepared and implemented," he said, "interdependence will be established in the records management system of the three levels of government employees."
It is in the policy and program of the government to make the process of converting the national forest into a commercial quality forest simple and easy by strengthening the union-province. In addition, these things are mentioned in the policy and program for cooperation and coordination between the three levels of government:
- laws will be amended and created for the effective implementation of federalism.
