The government has said that it will use 'interns' in government services from the local level to the central level.

President Ramchandra Paudel while presenting policies and programs in Parliament said that students will be assigned as interns in government services. He announced that students above graduation level will be affiliated to various research institutions.

"The minimum wage of 20 hours of work per week will be determined and the policy will be implemented while earning," he said. Similarly, the government has announced that teacher vacancies will be reviewed and a teacher bank will be established in collaboration with universities.
