The government is going to divide the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, which is working on the operation and regulation of the airport, from the current session of the Parliament.
President Ramchandra Paudel, during the presentation of the policy and program for the financial year 2082/83 in the joint meeting of both houses of Parliament, said today that the two legislatures created to divide the authority will be passed from the current session.
"Civil aviation regulations will be made effective and air services will be made safe, accessible and accessible," President Paudel said, "The bill to establish and regulate the Nepal Air Service Authority and the bill to amend and unify the law on the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority will be passed in this session of the Parliament."
