By not implementing the agreement, the government and the big parties did injustice to the Madhesi people: President Yadav

Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal President Upendra Yadav has accused the government and major parties of doing injustice to the Madhesi people by not implementing the agreement reached during the Madhesh movement.

He said that since 'one Madhesh one province' was not given contrary to the spirit of Madhesh movement and federalism, now there should be a decisive movement by restructuring federalism and ensuring representation based on population.

While speaking at the first unity district convention of Janata Samajwadi Party Paschim Nawalparasi, President Yadav opined that even though the system of governance has changed in the country, the country has not been able to find a way out while the character of the government is the same. "We threw away the panchayat and monarchy and brought a federal republic. The system of governance in the country has changed but the character of the government has remained the same," he said, "The situation of the country could not change because of the political parties and the leaders of the three who are obsessed with racial thinking. Corruption is rampant.

Leader Yadav emphasized that during the election, the trend of not voting for political parties that fight for their rights and liberation, and voting for parties and candidates that feed them for a day should be removed.
