The teachers have been demonstrating on the streets of Kathmandu with their demands for almost a month. Due to the neglect of the government, it is not clear how long their demonstration will last. The doctors' movement has also been added to that since a few days ago.
In the country, not only teachers and doctors, but also various organizations and political parties have locked down 169 places, 81 protest rallies/meetings, 79 dharnas, 8 corner meetings and 4 strikes from May 1st to 13th.
