Civil Bills: Disagreeable issues will be resolved by discussing with the top leadership

Issues that could not be agreed on in the Federal Civil Bill will be resolved through discussions with the top leadership. In the meeting of the State Order and Good Governance Committee held at Singh Darbar on Wednesday, Committee Chairman Ramhari Khatiwada informed that the issues that could not be agreed upon will be resolved after discussing with the top leadership.

On Wednesday, the discussion on the report of the sub-committee formed to finalize the bill was over. Chairman Khatiwada said that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal were invited to the committee in preparation for the passage of the

bill by the committee but could not attend due to busy work.

He mentioned that the bill has been roughly agreed upon and said that efforts are being made to 'make it a bill for everyone without making it controversial'. "We are trying to get a consensus on the management of the bill and to strengthen the constitution," he said. We have come close to agreement on many of them. If we can pass this bill without making it controversial, making it common to all political parties, then our ability will not be questioned. This bill should not be made to provoke anyone or make them look weak, it should be brought to include everyone. It is necessary to move forward by strengthening the constitution and system.' In the

bill, it is said that there is still agreement on some issues including the 'cooling period' of employees, trade union rights, additional secretary post provisions. Those matters will be finalized after discussion among the top leaders.
