Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has accused CPN Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal of dividing the party.

Speaking at a program organized on Tuesday on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the establishment of the CPN, Prime Minister Oli referred to both leaders as jealous, controlled by others, intolerant and envious and accused them of not allowing the Communist Party to unite.

Prime Minister Oli said, 'Until we arrived in 2007, we had established the Communist Party as a power of almost two-thirds. Never in the history of Nepal has such a strong power been seen approved by the people. But some jealous people, some manipulated puppets, intolerant and envious did not allow the Communist Party to unite. They finally split the party by taking another kind of policy.'

He added, 'We will make it impossible to find the party that has reached two-thirds even if we search with torches. Some stayed in the leadership of this party for 13 years, some for 15 years. Finally shamelessly tried to finish this party. The tendency to try to kill the mother who grew up by drinking the mother's milk is the culmination of criminal thinking.'
