Ghanshyam Bhusal, General Secretary of the United Socialist Party, has said that Maoists have not been able to get out of the greed of power.
Speaking at a program held in Kathmandu on Tuesday, he said that he was in favor of removing the current Maoist government and replacing it with a Congress-led government. Will the current leadership of Congress solve all the problems of the country? He asked saying. He also alleged that Congress is not a worthy party.
He said, 'I have said many times that the Congress party is neither a worthy party nor a worthless party. If it is worthless, it is seen as worth it, if it is worth it, it has no importance.'
He pointed out that the Maoists are walking with the argument that they brought the republic and that only they should be able to enjoy it, and insisted that the country cannot be made from this. He commented that even though slogans are being raised all over the country against the Prime Minister, they do not have faith in the people. In response to that, he said that it was sad to talk about removing Janasagar on 11th Baisakh.
He said, 'Another revolutionary party is our fellow traveler - CPN (Maoist Centre). It is called Maoism. What is Maoism? Can't even explain. I don't know why it was kept. 'Looking London, Talking Tokyo.' Maoism is about looking here and there. I don't know where the principle is. In what context? What is society, geo-politics seen from Maoism? Looks different. He opined that those who came to the demonstration should not demand 'I love you KP Ba' but 'Give account of the revolution'.
General Secretary Bhusal said that even though the country is sinking, broker capitalists are at an advantage. He claimed that the leader is successful but the country is failing.
