Leave the matter of murder, I have not even beaten a single person: President Dahal

A commentary has been made today. All the same, the same. Democracy is called a dictatorship. It has been said that all leaders are the same. He said that all parties are the same. By saying that, autocrats and dictatorships have benefited.

Leave the matter of murder, I have not even beaten a single person: President Dahal

Chairman of Maoist Pushpa Kamal Dahal has expressed his displeasure saying that when those who want to push history backwards are calling him the murderer of 17 thousand citizens, the leaders and workers close to the party did not retaliate.

He said this while speaking at a program held in Kathmandu on Saturday. He also said that 17 thousand people were killed by the rules of war. He said that it is possible to study how much the state side and how much the rebel side (then Maoists) killed at that time . He objected that he was being accused without studying .

When some people, those who want to push history backwards are saying the murderer of 17 thousand, no, this is something that happened in war according to the rules of war . How much the state party killed, how much the rebels did, can be studied and researched. But is this allegation true?,' he said, '17 thousand Maoists, even Prachanda will say today, I have not even beaten a single person yet. Leave the matter of murder.'

He said that he led the war at that time and after coming to peace, he took charge of everything . If we talk about individuals, I led the war. I had said that I will take charge of everything when peace comes,' he said, 'but when I kept so many false accusations, I was involved in various intellectuals, political parties, seven political parties. I haven't seen anyone who said the same thing. No one wants to talk to you either.'

He added, 'I see that you are also saying that it is better not to speak than to speak. It's not right . Thus, the peace process cannot be concluded and sustained in the true sense . If we cannot dare to keep the truth as the truth, I would like to raise the question of how the society can be led to a new stability and transformation.' He was also dissatisfied with calling democracy a dictatorship. He said that it is benefiting the autocrats and dictatorships. A commentary has been made today. All the same, same . Democracy is called a dictatorship. It has been said that all leaders are the same. All parties want to be the same. By saying that, the benefit has been given to autocrats and dictatorships,' he said. If it is a comment that he is a murderer, he is a terrorist, then what do we say about the detailed peace agreement and that peace agreement being part of the interim constitution? Is that wrong? It's not, we don't say that. My question is why we don't speak.

President Dahal said that someone should take the risk to bring thousands of victims of sexual violence forward. He said that we should not be afraid to say how much the state side and the rebel side are responsible for sexual violence during the conflict.
