CPN-Maoist Center MP Madhav Sapkota has said that if the constitution is to be amended, it should be done for the executive president.
Sapkota said this while speaking at a program organized by the Municipal Committee of Tripurasundari Municipality of CPN Maoist Center on Saturday.
