Small vehicles have been plying one-way since 3 o'clock in Daune, which is blocked by rain. In the morning, traffic was blocked due to the muddy road.
District Police Chief Yadav Dhakal informed that only small vehicles have been sent one way since 3 o'clock. He said that due to the bumpy road, there is no condition for large and cargo vehicles to run.
