Small vehicles have been plying one-way since 3 o'clock in Daune, which is blocked by rain. In the morning, traffic was blocked due to the muddy road.

District Police Chief Yadav Dhakal informed that only small vehicles have been sent one way since 3 o'clock. He said that due to the bumpy road, there is no condition for large and cargo vehicles to run.

'It is not possible to drive big vehicles until the sun hits and the mud dries up,' he said . There is 2-3 feet of dust on the road section of the road that was demolished during the widening of the highway .

Due to the rain, the road is slippery and the car is slipping. Hundreds of vehicles have been stopped in Dumkiwas East and Bardghat West areas due to discomfort in Downne.

Traffic on the highway is closed every morning from 11 am to 3 pm for road maintenance work. Dhakal informed that during the closure, gravel and sand were added to the highway to make it easier for vehicles to drive. 'Efforts to repair and open the highway are continuing,' he said, 'the problem has been increased due to the many vehicles parked and piled up in the Bardghat area.'

About 18,000 vehicles run daily on the road section below  . Due to the dust on the highway, it takes at least 2 hours to cross the 14 km area of the southern road section. Motorists say that it takes at least 4-5 hours to cross Daunne War due to the slippery roads on Thursday.
