This time, we have paid special attention to the mobilization of volunteers with the aim of not intruding into our program," Pathak said, "We are committed to making the demonstration peaceful. There is no insensitive activity from the organizer. It may happen from outside and the police administration should be responsible. Pathak said that volunteers play a key role in organizing the meeting and preventing infiltration. The RPP also discussed with the police chief to ensure that there is no intrusion and that the meeting is peaceful. This assembly, which is going to be held by RPP in Balkhu with the demand of constitutional monarchy and restoration of Hindu state, is called Bagmati state level assembly . Activists and supporters from districts of Bagmati province are coming to Kathmandu for the meeting. According to Pathak, the procession from various areas of Kathmandu will gather at Balkhu from 11:00 in the afternoon and the organizers are preparing to start the meeting from 12:00. Leaders including party president Rajendra Lingden are preparing to address the meeting. According to Pathak, since the assembly is going to be held on one side of the road, preparations have been made so as not to affect the traffic.
Earlier, the demonstration by royalists in Tinkune on March 15, with the participation of RPP leaders, turned violent.
Security personnel from three agencies including teams from Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and National Investigation Department will be deployed . Keeping in view the duration of the demonstration, the police have arranged for the diversion of vehicles.
Rashtriya Prajatantra Party submitted a memorandum to Sarka last year demanding 40 points including nationalism, monarchy as a symbol of unity, Vedic Sanatan Hindu Dominion, religious, tolerance and directly elected executive prime minister.
