Janamat Party President Chandrakant (CK) Raut has said that he was forced to form a 'federal democratic front' due to the threat of loss of federalism and rights as the movement continues between the status quo and reactionary forces.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the 'Regional Space and Communication Research Centre, Call Center and Innovation Centre' at Rajviraj Municipality-10 Dighwa on Friday, Chairman Raut alleged that no one is talking about federalism.

"We have seen the danger of losing our rights when there is a movement between two forces, the status quo and the reactionary," he said. But no one talks about what will happen to the issue of federalism.

He claimed that he created a separate front due to the concern of losing federalism. "We were forced to form a separate front because we were worried that rights such as secularism and proportional inclusiveness would be taken away along with federalism," he said.
