Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has said that the royalist group has instigated violence in Tinkune with the aim of spreading chaos and disdain for the constitution and system. At the meeting of the State Order and Good Governance Committee of the House of Representatives on Friday, the Home Minister said that there will be a fair investigation into the incident that took place in Tinkune area of ​​Kathmandu on March 15th.

But the chaotic style of looting, vandalism and fire and the attempt to drive the car over the security personnel is unforgivable and reprehensible,'' said the Home Minister writer.  He said that the media world is the first target of those who want to break democracy. He is committed to ensure that the government is sensitive to the safety of journalists and media houses and to arrange full security.

Durga Prasai's group took permission from the local administration to hold a peaceful demonstration in Tinkune, Kathmandu. But the home minister writer also says that Prasain drove the car with the intention of attacking the police.  During the demonstration, one of the leaders, Durga Prasai himself, said in the afternoon.
