Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the RSVP, has to go to jail before going to the Supreme Court, demanding the annulment of the order given by the High Court Tulsipur Butwal Bench on Friday.

According to senior advocate Satishkrishna Kharel, Lamichhane is out of jail and there is no facility to get the High Court's order annulled in the Supreme Court. Senior advocate Kharel says, "If there is an order to keep him in custody for pre-trial detention in a case punishable by imprisonment of less than ten years, there is no legal facility to file a petition against it in the higher court without going to jail," says senior advocate Kharel, "Therefore, Ravi does not have the facility to go to the Supreme Court in this case, he has to go to jail." Now Lamichhane will be arrested.

"There are two ways to implement the court order in this situation," said Senior Advocate Kharel, "When Tarekh goes to the court, the police will arrest him or the court will arrest him." In addition, Ravi himself has the legal facility to go to the police and arrest himself.

Another senior advocate Ganesh KC said that there is a legal facility to petition the Supreme Court to get the order of Verit canceled after going to jail.
