CPN-UML Secretary Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai has warned the former king Gyanendra Shah not to leave even the remaining branch by trying to bring back the history that has already been erased.

Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Monday, the people requested that there be no chaotic activities in the country as there is no possibility of the return of the monarchy that has been thrown away.

Are you trying to restore the monarchy and go to the place where Louis XIV's head was cut off? He warned the former king Shah by saying. He said, "Honorable gentlemen said let's do it again." But I want to say here. History has done it. What to do again now? Are you now trying to go to the place where Louis XIV's head was cut off?'

He clarified that there is no need for a Hindu nation in this country as it is mentioned in the constitution to protect the eternal culture and religion. He warned not to play with the sentiments of the majority of Hindus by saying that they want a Hindu king and a Hindu nation.

Similarly, regarding the incident in Tinkunema, he also accused the former king of sending garlands from Nirmal Niwas to burn people's houses.  Now there is no agreement with the former king. Brought garlands from Nirmal Niwas and sent Lafangas to burn people's houses. That's why the contract was broken.'
