Five bills to replace the ordinance have been passed by the National Assembly. The bill was passed without any amendment. The House of Representatives has been informed that the bill has been passed.

Chairman Narayan Prasad Dahal informed that the five bills to replace the ordinance were passed by a majority in the meeting of the National Assembly on Monday. Bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to good governance promotion and public service delivery from the National Assembly, Bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to cooperatives, Economic Procedures and Financial Responsibility (First Amendment) Bill,  Privatization (First Amendment) Bill  And the bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to improvement of economic and business environment and investment promotion has been passed.

After Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's address in the National Assembly, the Ordinance Replacement Bill was discussed and amended. Kulman Ghising has been blocking the Parliament since Chait 13 because of the dismissal of Kulman Ghising as the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority. The obstruction of Prime Minister Oli demanding an answer ended on Monday. The bill to replace those ordinances was supposed to be approved by 12 midnight on Monday. According to the provisions of the constitution, if the replacement bill is not passed within 60 days of the commencement of the session of the federal parliament after the ordinance is promulgated, there is a provision that it will automatically become invalid .

The House of Representatives has been informed about the message that the National Assembly has passed the Ordinance Replacement Bill. The Secretary of the House of Representatives, Harkaraj Rai, informed about the message received from the National Assembly regarding the five bills that originated in the House of Representatives. This information was given in the second meeting of the House of Representatives.
