Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that opposing the republican system and federal democracy within the parliament is not acceptable. Speaking in the National Assembly on Monday, Prime Minister Oli reiterated that former King Gyanendra Shah was the main responsible for the violent activities that took place in the Tinkune area of Kathmandu on Chait 15.
He also expressed his displeasure with the support of the monarchy in the House of Representatives by the RPP MPs. Prime Minister Oli also spoke on matters of public importance in the House of Representatives on Monday. During that time, RPP MPs protested after saying that former King Gyanendra Shah was responsible for the incident of Chait 15.
Then Oli who came to speak in the National Assembly was dug . "After becoming a parliamentarian, when I will accept the constitution as a minister and deputy prime minister, do I not have to comply with the oath taken in the name of God, the country and the people?" Or is it just a joke? Or is it just a search for a false opportunity?' He also said that the Parliament is not a place to oppose the constitution.
Prime Minister Oli says that it is not acceptable to revive the monarchy in the Constituent Assembly which dismissed the monarchy. "Opposing the democratic republican system, opposing the federal democracy is not in accordance with the constitution," he said, "Parliament cannot be the place to do unconstitutional activities, I want to make it clear." He said, "I want to make it clear that coming to the dignified parliament and reviving the monarchy, opposing the democratic republican system, opposing the federal democracy, opposing the republic, this parliament does not agree with the constitution and the parliament cannot be a place for unconstitutional activities."
