The meeting of the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee of the House of Representatives held at Singh Darbar on Sunday morning directed the government to investigate the facts of the incidents that took place due to the royalists' demonstration and bring those involved to justice. On behalf of the
committee, the chairman of the committee, Ammar Bahadur Thapa, instructed the government to take action against those involved in the incident and to control such activities in time to prevent such incidents from happening again, keeping the security system tight and ready. Similarly, the committee paid tribute to those who lost their lives during the protest and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured. The committee has also instructed the government to make necessary arrangements for the treatment of the injured.

This committee has become serious about the loss of life due to the chaotic activities that took place in the name of Gyanendra Shah on Friday 15th of Chaitra 2081.
We offer our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of those who lost their lives in the chaotic activities of that day. Also, the committee wishes the speedy recovery of all injured persons including security personnel and directs the government of Nepal to make effective arrangements for their treatment. Due to the chaotic activities of that day, there was serious damage to government property including private properties, the committee directs the government to investigate the truth of the incident of that day and take legal action against anyone involved and to control such activities in time to prevent such incidents from happening again.
