The meeting of the House of Representatives was adjourned for 15 minutes after the uproar of the ruling party and opposition MPs on Sunday.

The meeting which was called at 11:30 this morning started only at 1:00. As soon as the meeting started, there was a heated argument between the parliamentarians of both parties. The meeting was not broadcast live. The Secretariat of the Speaker has claimed that it was not broadcast live due to a technical problem.

The ruling party had demanded that the Prime Minister and the Home Minister should be able to answer in Parliament about the incident on Friday. The MPs of the opposition party have maintained their stand to demand the government's answer regarding the dismissal of the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising. Speaker Devraj Ghimire has adjourned the meeting for 15 minutes amidst the uproar of the main opposition and ruling MPs.
