National Assembly Vice President Vimala Ghimire has said that no one has the right to trample on the constitution. He suggested that in the current situation of Nepal, all the political parties should keep their agenda and implement the constitution to strengthen the system.

Ghimire said that the royalists created chaos in Kathmandu on Friday. In a conversation with Kantipur, Vice President Ghimire said, 'Nobody has the right to trample on the constitution to challenge the system. On Friday, there was a peaceful program on one side, chaos was created on the other, both were given a place to hold a meeting.' He said that the government should not be blamed for the incident. She said that mistakes are made by others but it is not right to blame the government.

Vice President Ghimire also claimed that Friday's incident did not give the right signal in Nepali politics. "If we try to change the system that the common people have fought for, the situation of the country will not improve again," she said, "therefore, the government should not delay in stopping various types of anarchic activities, loose independence in the name of freedom is not an issue to be forgiven." She urged the parties to focus on implementing federalism.

He said that all the political parties should unite and move forward in the present time . "We have reached the republic from a multi-party system by joining different political parties," she said, "Now we have completed the political journey and entered the journey of prosperity, we should not turn back from that journey."

He said that in such a crisis, all political parties should work together to create laws and serve the people. "The government is trying to make a law by bringing an ordinance, if there is non-cooperation in this, it will affect the services provided to the people. The issue of how to make a budget, how to proceed with the budget discussion, what kind of budget is also in the ordinance," she said.

Now, regardless of the government, he says that everyone should pass the ordinance brought together. "It is said that the government belongs to the ruling party, the parliament belongs to the opposition," she said, "If the opposition blocks the parliament, it is blocking its own parliament. It may be fine in other matters, but it is not good to block the parliament when it comes to making laws."
