Six top leaders of Nepali Congress had an informal meeting and discussed yesterday's incident. On Saturday morning, a discussion was held for about two hours at the residence of former Deputy Chairman Bimalendra Nidhi in Naya Baneshwar.

Also, in the discussion, the leaders strongly condemned the vandalism in the office of the United Samajwadi Party, the attack on media outlets including Kantipur Television, Annapurna Post Daily, Online Khabar, and the vandalism and looting of commercial establishments including the herb processing center and Bhatbhateni supermarket.

One of the leaders said that the discussion between the leaders focused on the latest political events, contemporary politics and the 15th Congress of Nepali Congress. . There was a detailed discussion on strengthening the federal democratic republican governance system and strengthening the Congress organizationally by uniting it.

It has been agreed to continue these informal discussions including other top leaders in the future.
