Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has commented that the statement of the Chief Ministers that they could not work because they did not get the right is wrong. He has challenged the Chief Ministers to make it clear that due to the lack of rights, they have not been able to carry out development work and provide services to the people.

In the 'Mukhyamantri Sanga Kantipur' program organized by Kantipur Television, the Chief Ministers and MPs of all the 7 states said that the state government could not function because the union did not give them the rights specified in the constitution and the legitimacy of the state was raised. Prime Minister Oli insisted that the provincial governments are not autonomous and said that they should understand their limitations in the 'Pradhmantri seng Kantipur' program conducted by Kantipur Television.

Most of the provincial governments are complaining that they have not been able to do the work related to the police and employees because the federal government did not make the police and civil service bill. Asserting that the federal government does not have rights only in the Union, Prime Minister Oli said that if more powers are needed, they will gradually increase. He also asked the Chief Ministers not to complain about not being able to run the police now. Prime Minister Oli's intention was that police adjustment should not be rushed as it is a sensitive issue.

Prime Minister Oli said that the government is going to make a law to provide life-long service facility to ex-specialists. He said that it would be unfair not to provide service facilities to former special officials whose lives were spent for the country.

Oli claimed that the most development was built in the country when he led the government. He said that the government is now trying to complete the rest of the peace process. Oli also accused some people of protesting just for the sake of protesting. Prime Minister Oli also said that when trying to fire incompetent employees, they will reinstate them the next day and challenge the government. He said that incompetent and incompetent people are doing 'arti and chanting' to show their government and country as a failure.

Prime Minister Oli expressed dissatisfaction with the work of the government agencies under his authority. He mentioned that the Dairy Development Institute collects milk from farmers and sells it in cash, but keeps arrears to the farmers for months. The Prime Minister expressed his displeasure with the working style of the Dairy Development Institute saying that the employees of the institute distributed bonus money but did not pay the money to the farmers.

Prime Minister Oli accused Kathmandu Metropolitan City Chief Balendra Shah of non-cooperation by not allowing the chief executive officer sent by the federal government to appear. He claimed that he did not know the conflict between the employees and the head of the metropolis. The Prime Minister also commented that Metropolitan Chief Shah raised the issue of Chief Executive Officer from Facebook.

On the question that not even a dynamic stadium has been built in the country and the sports sector is not a priority of the government, Oli said, 'Yes, if there is no place to protest, this is also a solution.
