The Supreme Court has given an opportunity to the newly appointed Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Hitendradev Shakya, to correct the writ.

Shakya had approached the Supreme Court with a writ on Wednesday, demanding the resolution of his 3-and-a-half-year-old case. The Supreme Administration has given an opportunity to correct the writ saying that it is not up to date.

Supreme Court Registrar Bhadrakali Pokharel had a discussion with the lawyer who came from Shakya's side. Then  ret  time given to correct .

Administration returns  After Shakya Paksha  The source informed that the writ  is prepared to be corrected and submitted today . After Kulman Ghising was dismissed and Shakya was appointed as the executive director of the authority, the dispute reached the highest level.

In the Supreme Court, Ghising also claimed that his dismissal was illegal, today  Writ  has filed  . Soon after, Shakya also came with a writ demanding to finish his old case. 

Shakya said that the decision to transfer him from the Executive Director of the Authority to the Energy Commission in 2077 was wrong and that he should be provided with the services he had been missing. Writ  was filed . The said  Writ is scheduled for 10 June 2082 .
