Ghising approached the Supreme Court with a writ, as it was not registered, it will not be heard on Thursday

Kulman Ghising has reached the Supreme Court with a writ claiming that he was illegally removed from his position as the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority. His writ has not been registered. Due to the non-registration of the writ, there will be no hearing on Thursday.

According to Supreme Court Information Officer Nirajan Pandey, Ghising's writ was submitted on Wednesday evening (around 5 pm). His writ has been submitted. It is under study. After the study, the registration process will go on Thursday,' he said.

As the writ of Ghising was not registered on Wednesday, it will not be scheduled for hearing on Thursday. It is said that the payment should be made the previous day for the hearing. 

Ghising was dismissed as the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority by the cabinet meeting on Monday, with only four months left in his term. Hitendradev Shakya has been appointed in his place.
