The Constituent Assembly Council of Nepal has said that any activity against the Constitution of Nepal will not be tolerated. The council issued a statement on Monday and said that more achievements can be achieved based on the achievements of the constitution, but any activity against it will not be tolerated.

It is mentioned in the statement that recently there have been demonstrations and protest programs raising questions about the provisions of the constitution and the Council has objected to it.

'Constituent Assembly Council of Nepal is of the opinion that the Constitution of Nepal, which has the main characteristics of federal democratic republican governance system, secularism, inclusiveness, proportionality, value and recognition, is the result of the sacrifice and sacrifice of the Nepali people,'' the council said, We are determined to remain committed to the protection, promotion and development of the Constitution. We want to make it public that any activity against the constitution will not be tolerated.'

The council says that the constitution issued in the name of the sovereign people has assimilated the freedom and rights of Nepal. The council also says that it has ensured sovereignty, geographical integrity, independence, people's sovereign rights, autonomy and self-governance. 

The council says that apart from civil and political rights, economic, social, cultural and community rights are also guaranteed as fundamental rights. The Council also reminded that the constitution ensures proportional, inclusive participation and representation of marginalized groups in all organs and bodies of the state.

'This constitution has ensured the right of socially backward women, Dalits, tribal tribes, Madhesi, Tharu, minorities, persons with disabilities, marginalized, Muslims, backward classes, gender and sexuality, minorities, youth, farmers, laborers, citizens of oppressed or backward areas and economically disadvantaged Khas Arya to participate in the state bodies on the basis of proportional inclusion,' the council said.

Council Chairman Constituent Assembly member Anant Paudel also said that all political parties, civil society and intellectuals need to unite for the promotion, promotion and protection of this constitution created by the Constituent Assembly made by the struggle and sacrifices of the Nepali people. He also said that it is necessary for the parties to be responsible for ensuring the Nepali people's confidence and control while ensuring the rule of law and good governance. 

According to the need, Paudel said that there is an arrangement that the constitution can be amended according to the need after extensive discussion with all the parties, removing the shortcomings in the constitution and saying, 'Recently some groups have been doing activities contrary to the spirit and spirit of the federal democratic republican constitution. The Council of the Constituent Assembly strongly condemns such actions.
